Description
The CAB 2007 is a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon wine and it was produced from grapes harvested exclusively at Devonair. The grapes for this wine were handpicked at full ripeness, destalked and fermented in small open tanks at 25°C. During fermentation the cap was broken through gentle punch downs which continued to the end of the fermentation process. The wine matured in small French oak barrels for 36 months, was then bottled and left to mature for a further 12 months.
This wine carries a new and updated version of the classic Devonair label. This wine appears in high quality Burgundy bottles and was rounded off with a branded natural, solid cork. It is packaged in a newly designed single layer six bottle lay flat box which carries the Devonair branding.
